How it works
Six clear stages, one managed project.
From the first conversation to the finished room, you'll always know what's happening, who's doing it and what comes next. No grey areas, no gaps between trades.
Consultation
We start with a relaxed conversation about how you live, what isn't working today and what you'd love your kitchen to become. We'll talk honestly about scope, timescale and budget so everyone's expectations line up from the start.
Design & concept
We translate that conversation into a considered design — layout, flow, materials and lighting — and refine it with you until it feels right. You'll see exactly how the room will work before any decisions are locked in.
Detailed specification
Every element is documented precisely: cabinetry, worktops, appliances, finishes and fittings, down to the handles and hinges. You receive a clear, itemised proposal — no vague allowances, no surprises later.
Procurement & scheduling
We order and coordinate everything, check each delivery in against the spec, and build a realistic schedule for the trades. Nothing starts on site until the right things are in the right place at the right time.
Managed installation
Your dedicated project lead runs the build — sequencing every trade, protecting your home, keeping the site clean and keeping you updated. One point of contact for the whole project, start to finish.
Snagging & handover
Before we call it finished, we go through the room in detail and put right anything that isn't perfect. Then we hand over a clean, complete kitchen that's genuinely ready to enjoy — and we're still here if you need us.
The difference
You make the decisions that matter. We handle everything else.
Good to know
Questions people usually ask.
How long does a kitchen project take?
It depends on the size and complexity of the project, and we'll give you a realistic timescale during the design stage rather than an optimistic guess. As a rule, careful planning up front is what keeps the on-site phase short and predictable — so we never rush the design to start the build sooner.
Do you supply the kitchen, or just install it?
Both — that's the point of Avelline. We design the kitchen, specify and source every element, manage the deliveries and carry out the installation. You're not buying a kitchen from one place and finding a fitter from another; it's one team and one responsibility.
Can you work with my architect or builder?
Yes. If you've already got people involved, we'll coordinate with them so the kitchen integrates cleanly with the wider work. We're just as happy being the single team on a standalone kitchen project.
What about the trades — plumbing, electrics, tiling?
All coordinated by us as part of the managed installation. You won't be left chasing separate trades or trying to sequence them yourself; your project lead handles who's on site and when.
How does budgeting work?
We talk openly about budget early, then put everything in writing through the detailed specification before any work begins. You'll know what you're paying for and why — and because the plan is complete up front, there's far less room for the costs to drift mid-build.
Which areas do you cover?
We work across Kent and the surrounding areas. If you're nearby and not sure whether you're in range, just ask when you get in touch.
